The breakfast offered here was tasty, featuring high-quality meals, very strong coffee, and delicious toast.

The lobby is grand and luxurious, the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, the breakfast buffet is elaborate and offers a wide variety of cuisine, the staff exceeded expectations in terms of customer service.

when we asked on arrival if it would be possible to stay longer, as our flight would not leave until midnight, they came to meet us and asked us to use the room for half an overnight stay until 18:00. Also the restaurant is extremely good and the breakfast, as well as the choice is huge!

Big size hotel, everything was impressive!

Location: the hotel was just next door to Richmond, soe good and cheap restaurant, and night life, entertaiment and good restaurants. The rooms were brand-new and quiet, with nice views.

The staff at Richmond Stylish Convention were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Our room was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options. We also appreciated the hotel's convenient location, close to public transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

This hotel is one of the better hotels in this area. It is close to an MRT station and a 7/11 supermarket is nearby. The breakfast is okay and also suitable for Europeans. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and of sufficient size. The pool is not very big but big enough for a short refreshment. The gym is okay.

The WIFI is quite slow

The room was tastefully decorated and reasonably large, with comfortable bed and a shower, hair dryers and robes in the bathroom.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location, although not in the downtown area, was very comfortable and just a 3-minute walk to public transport. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient and I enjoyed the nice views from my room with single beds. The breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as Don Muang airport is just 12 miles away. the room amenities, such as a TV with satellite channels, climate control, and an individual safe, were enjoyable. - the hotel is surrounded by shopping centers and a market, which is convenient for guests.

my recent stay in bangkok was pleasant, but grand richmond hotel truly stood out. the facilities were top-notch, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and professional. i particularly enjoyed the plush and soft beds and the great breakfast buffet. highly recommended.

Our city break was made even better by the great service provided by the hotel staff. They were helpful in arranging transportation to nearby attractions and we enjoyed the two complementary drinks offered upon check-in. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to shops and easy access to public transportation. We also enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable and well-appointed rooms.

The internet was not included in the room rate and was quite expensive. We also found some areas of the hotel to be in need of maintenance, such as the shower and bathroom area.

Khun Aum and Khun Nat from the front office were especially helpful in resolving a telecom issue. The front office manager was welcoming and ensured we felt at home during our stay, even on Christmas Eve. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, and the rooms were modern and well-maintained. The breakfast service was excellent, offering a wide variety of Asian and Western food options. Additionally, the hotel's location near public transportation made it convenient for exploring the city and getting to various government offices efficiently.
